Our apartments in Madrid are rented on short term on Airbnb and booking.com since 2015 and also on VRBO since 2023. We do hospitality since 2008 including apart hotel in Tel Aviv, apartments for rent in berlin and Miami. We know it's not an easy choice to book apartment, and we do our best to give you a great service and a great moment while you stay with us.

1. Only those who are registered as a guest can be, visit or stay in any moment at the apartment!
2. It is forbidden to hold social events, of any kind, and to host in the apartment people who are not registered .
3. You are staying in an apartment in a building where other tenants live, and we ask you to keep the silence in the stairwell, not to speak in loud voices and not to crowd and have conversations on the stairs.
4. Smoking in the apartment and in the stairwell is strictly prohibited!
5. Bringing pets to the apartment is strictly prohibited!
